you know i love my albums.  i have two new ones to share with you...

both of these couples were married at st.paul's cathedral in pittsburgh.  an absolutely stunning location.  and both weddings were so different!  one was in november and RAINY and dark - and the images are some of my favorite.  i called this album "sweet rain", and was prepared in time for the WPPI International Album Competition, so it was submitted along with 2 others.  (i'll let you know the results when we know!)

the other is from january, and i must tell you that it was about 20°F when we did the creative portraits at the carnegie institute pillars!  what troopers and what a HOT couple ~ there is nothing cold about these two!  i call this album "above the clouds".

i just love both books!  they are pre-designs, and so they are filled to the brim.  the couples may now choose the pages they want to keep, add more to them, or print them just as they are.

i feel so crazy right now that i haven't been updating my blog.  i just wanted to make a quick post about the ONE LIGHT WORKSHOP that we are hosting!

brenda surprised me by contacting Zack Arias several months ago about hosting a One Light Workshop.  and we have it all set up for March 7th.  Zack is absolutely nothing short of AMAZING.  While our style is very different, in that we use hardly any flash, Zack's style will be sure to inspire us to grow.  I cannot wait to meet Zack and listen to his perspective.  i stole this picture from Zack's website, by the way.

alexander LOVES the new monitor!

YES!  it's a MONITOR!  as you probably remember, i got rid of my TV.  Brenda and I have been searching for the perfect monitor for our clients, and we finally found it.  JT from Arizona has the same one, and Bruce recommended it, too, and WOW!

Bruce is here visiting for the week, so he was here to receive the delivery, and my neighbor, Luke, who is 10 years old, helped me to hook all the cables up so that the picture and sound actually come on.  it's GORGEOUS!

a 50" plasma screen.... i can't WAIT to see the albums on this baby...  back to work! 

I have so many stunning albums under way, too!  what a week this has been!  i have so much more to tell you, but i've got to get some more done first.  as i get caught up, y'all will be the first to see the results!
