merry Christmas to... ME!
well, it seems EVERYONE has some kind of GPS gizmo. my sister just got an amazing new car - loaded! - and the GPS in it is terrific. it's just FUN! so i decided that with all the weddings and engagement sessions and places that i travel to (that i have no idea how to get to), that i deserve a GPS of some kind.
true to form, i did my homework... and i do not shop by price. sure i want a good deal, but i also feel that if i can't afford what i want, then i don't want anything, and i will do without until i can save up for a toy. and this is a TOY. after talking with a lot of people who have these gizmos, i decided that the brand for me was GARMIN.
so i started looking at models.... there are lots of good deals out there right now, so i shopped around. i decided on the Nuvi 360. 
the specs were what i was looking for and more. the satellite found me right away when i turned it on outside and now i just need to sync the bluetooth with my phone to be able to be 'hands-free' when i'm driving. i found the best deal on AMAZON. it shipped to me for free, and i received it in 5 days.of course my favorite feature is that it lists places to eat, if i ask it to! there are places showing up that i didn't even know about! it makes me want to pack a bag and just start driving ~ what fun!!
i also decided that i'll be recieving my info in italian.
i thought this would be a cool way to make sure i continue to try to learn another language - of course when i get lost 
, i can always switch it back to english!
